Shifting priorities?

Shifting priorities? Our focus should be on cherishing people and utilizing objects, rather than the other way around. Prioritizing love for individuals over material possessions is the essence of genuine human connection. Let's embrace relationships and respect the value of things, rather than exploiting people for our own gain or becoming consumed by materialism.

Think about it. How can we shift our priorities to prioritize genuine connections with people over material possessions?

God’s Word tells us: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  (Ecclesiastes 3:4).”

Embracing this principle in our daily lives enables us to forge deeper connections, foster empathy, and enhance the quality of our interactions. By prioritizing love for people over material possessions, we contribute to a more meaningful existence for ourselves and those around us. Through conscious effort, we can cultivate a culture of respect, understanding, and genuine human connection among those we love and those who love us.

We pray: “Heavenly Father, grant us the wisdom to prioritize people over possessions, fostering empathy and genuine connections. May our efforts enrich our lives and communities, cultivating respect, understanding, and deeper human connections.. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.”

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.

Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34)
