Sure thing?

Sure thing? Warranties. Just about every product you buy these days has a warranty. When it comes down to price and all other things being equal, often the extant and generosity of the warranty may often be the deciding factor in items that you and I purchase. Sometimes, though, even a warranty isn’t enough to guarantee value.

Think about it. When it comes to sure things in this life, things that we can count on without any warranty at all, there is only one thing that makes the list: the love of Christ to guarantee our eternal happiness.

God’s Word tells us: “He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed” (Daniel 7;14).

The coming kingdom will never be destroyed. It will not be succeeded by another, but will endure forever. You and I have a High God who comes with a lifetime, eternal warranty. He is high and lifted up; and because we are in Him, so are we, guaranteed.

“I pray today in Jesus name that we never put earthly things in a place we consider always safe and secure, a sure thing. Only God is a sure thing and we need to regard His love and proaction as thus.” Amen!

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34) www.thispassingday.com
