Creation wonder? God’s beautiful creation. How majestic and functional everything is. Yet, when we approach it without recognizing what makes it beautiful and functional, the Word of God, Jesus Christ, that created it and maintains it every second, every minute of every day, we will never be able to make it work for us.
Think about it. Our Creator God works forever in all creation. If God were to withdraw from the world He has created, it would be functionless.
God’s Word tells us: “In his defense Jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.” (John 5: 17).
God is the key through which the current of all life, all matter, flows. Absent, there would be no life, no function, and all matter would simply dissipate. All that we are and all they we discover around us is because of our God. His Word upholds all things. Without the Word, creation itself would be meaningless and useless.
“Heavenly Father, we so marvel at the beautiful creation which surrounds us. Remind us daily that all we are and all that exists around us is subject to your will. May we always hold Your Word in the highest esteem. In Jesus name we pray. Amen!
